WE WILL BE RACING THIS SATURDAY JULY-5-2008 WEATHER PERMITTING 7-8pm PRACTICE AND SIGN-UP. WE ARE DOING TRACK WORK TONIGHT AFTER PRACTICE AND SUNDAY MORNING WHERE WE WILL BE DRAGGING THE TRACK AND CLEANING UP FOR NEXT WEEK. BRING A PUSH BROOM AND A FLAT SHOVEL IF YOU HAVE ONE, GET READY FOR NEXT WEEK AND REGISTER EARLY AT THE TRACK. PARENTS WE NEED YOUR HELP.

WOW OH WOW, What a night we had for practice with almost 100 riders showing up for practice 98 to be exact. We also signed up 8 more last night taking are total to 0ver 385 registerd riders at the all new Grass-Root Roadrunner BMX. We are growing faster and faster every time the gates open which is proof that we are the fastest growing BMX program around. Thanks to all of you who keep bringing new riders every time we open and remember this Saturday we have the races and foot-down championship going down in the square circle, pit bike races, as well as a few other tricks we have planned.

JULY 11th and 12th WE ARE PLANNING THE BATTLE OF THE BADGES RACE FOR A TWO DAY SPECIAL EVENT THAT WILL ALSO FEATURE THE XCW WRESTLING GROUP THAT WILL BE HOSTING "THE RUMBLE IN THE PARK" WHERE THE RING WILL BE SET UP ON THE BLACK TOP. BRING YOUR CHAIRS FOR BEST SEATING BECAUSE WE WILL ONLY HAVE METAL BLEACHERS FOR EXTRA SEATING. THERE ARE PLENTY OF FESTIVITIES PLANNED WITH JUMPING BALLONS AND CLIMBING WALL TO NAME JUST A FEW. WE WILL HAVE TRICYCLE RACES FOR THE LITTLE ONES AND RUNT BIKE RACES AND THE MOTHER OF ALL FOOT-DOWN SHOW-DOWN IN THE SQUARE CIRCLE. WE WILL HAVE A FEW SPECIAL GUESTS OVER THE WEEKEND AND A PRO-AM PLANNED FOR THE SATURDAY NIGHT MAIN EVENT. WE WILL HAVE MORE INFORMATION POSTED OVER THE NEXT FEW WEEKS.
2008 New Track Rebuild Pictures The track is complete and you have to ride it to believe it. "NEW START FOR A NEW YEAR AND A NEW TRACK DESIGN". ROADRUNNER BMX WILL BE RUNNING A GRASS-ROOT PROGRAM FOR THE 2008 SEASON AND ONLY LOCAL POINTS FOR OUR PROGRAM WILL BE AWARDED. ROADRUNNER BMX WILL NOT BE SANCTIONED BY ANY ORGANIZATION OR SANCTION BODY FOR 2008, SO THERE WILL BE NO DISTRICT, STATE OR NATIONAL POINTS AWARDED FOR ANY RACE HELD AT THIS FACILITY, EXCEPT FOR OUR OWN POINTS PROGRAM. AWARDS WILL STILL BE GIVEN BUT NO STAMPS FROM ANY OTHER GROUP WILL BE AVAILABLE.CONTACT THE TRACK PERSONNEL IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. Checkout the control and lights system at Roadrunner BMX and see the complete gate system that was used for the Olympic Training in Colorado by the Pros at Chain Driven Bike Shop.
